Şişçi Ramazan is an established family-run business that traditionally serves one of Antalya's most characteristic table pairings: şiş köfte and tahini piyaz. Started in the 1970s by Ramazan Usta from Korkuteli, the enterprise continues today under the management of the new generation with branches in Uncalı, Kızılsaray, and Korkuteli.
The Uncalı branch stands out with its more spacious seating arrangement compared to the city center location and relatively easy vehicle access. Rather than flamboyant presentations, the focus of the menu is well-cooked şiş köfte, Antalya-style piyaz with egg and tahini, yogurt, and pumpkin dessert topped with tahini and walnuts. Favored by locals for quick lunches and dinners, it offers a simple and straightforward Antalya experience.
