About
Seraser Fine Dining Restaurant offers a refined dinner experience set in the courtyard of a magnificent mansion within the historic fabric of Kaleiçi. Operating since 1989, the restaurant reimagines the culinary heritage of Mesopotamia, Anatolia, and the Mediterranean through seasonal ingredients, modern techniques, and meticulous presentation.
The current menu highlights distinctive dishes rooted in local culinary memory, such as smoked beef tongue served with Antalya hibeş, beef rib manti prepared with fruit and Denizli smoked yogurt, sea bass in vine leaves, lamb katmer, slow-cooked beef rib "tandır", and the signature Seraser Kebap. Contemporary desserts like modern künefe, scorched rice pudding, and the sugar-free, flourless Kek Seraser bring an innovative touch to traditional sweets. The menu, spanning starters to main courses, is accompanied by a distinguished selection of wines and spirits.
The true essence of Seraser lies in its romantic courtyard, framed by historic stone walls and palm trees, and bathed in warm lighting by evening. With its elegant indoor dining rooms, crisp white tablecloths, and attentive service, it is an outstanding choice for romantic dinners, anniversaries, birthdays, business dinners, and special celebrations. Rather than sea or city views, the experience here focuses entirely on the historic mansion atmosphere, its courtyard, and exceptional gastronomy.
The restaurant serves dinner only. While reservations are not mandatory, they are recommended, especially on weekends and special occasions. The venue's dress code is smart casual or more formal attire.
