As new generations carry on the culinary legacy started by Mustafa Parlak in 1954, the restaurant combines the historic inn atmosphere with a contemporary, attentive service philosophy that inspires genuine loyalty.
At the heart of the kitchen is Parlak’s famous charcoal-roasted chicken.
