About
A historic structure bearing the traces of different eras in the heart of Kaleiçi. Originally built as a Roman temple, it was later converted into a church and then a mosque. It is known as Kesik Minare (Truncated Minaret) because the upper section of its minaret was destroyed in a fire in the late 19th century.
