“Sesler” by Salih Bademci begins!
A magnificent one-man performance will be on stage throughout the season.
Do you remember the very first sound etched into your memory, the one you could never forget?
A sound is like a scent… It holds memories. Yes, sound has a memory.
Crying, laughing, sobbing, bursting into laughter, shouting, or falling silent!
Silence is, in fact, an immensely powerful sound. It is even a scream within itself, if only you know how to listen.
Just know how to hear the thousands, tens of thousands of sounds of the past, present, and future.
Premiering on April 3rd with Salih Bademci's solo performance, the play is getting ready to take its place among the most ambitious productions of the year.
"Sesler" was commissioned by the Istanbul Theatre Festival as part of the "İstanbul Mon Amour" project. We would like to thank the Istanbul Theatre Festival and İKSV for their support.
