Kirill Richter, composer and pianist, one of the most brilliant representatives of the contemporary neoclassical music scene, performs for the first time in Türkiye to present his new album Towards the Beloved City. The album was released at the end of 2025 under the prestigious Warner Classics label. Kirill Richter’s music is renowned for its expressive minimalism and cinematic resonance, frequently featured in cinema, theatre, opera, and large-scale media projects. His composition Where Angels Fear to Tread was chosen as the official musical theme for the FIFA 2018 World Cup, reaching millions of listeners. On stage, Kirill Richter will be accompanied by Richter Trio, consisting of violinist Alyona Zinovyeva and cellist August Krepak. This concert in Türkiye offers a rare opportunity to hear the new album live for the first time, experience standout works by Kirill Richter Trio, and promises audiences an unforgettable musical journey.
