About the Event
Adapted from John Steinbeck’s classic masterpiece, Fareler ve İnsanlar brings the striking story of two friends striving to survive through their dreams to the stage. Navigating the devastating effects of the Great Depression, George and Lennie struggle to keep their hopes alive while facing life's harsh realities. The friendship that blossoms between Lennie’s innocent yet dangerously uncontrollable strength and George’s protective nature deeply evokes the fragility of being human. Set on a small farm, this story tells the tale of freedom, belonging, loneliness, and the pursuit of dreams in a simple and compelling language. As each character bears their own tragedy, it makes audiences reflect on the complexities of humanity. Promising to take you on an emotional journey on the theatrical stage with its realistic narrative and powerful characters, Fareler ve İnsanlar guarantees an unforgettable experience.
