About the Event
A songwriter centered on candid lyrics and striking melodies. An interpreter who never hesitates to wander between genres during her acoustic performances at the piano. An Istanbul-born independent female artist and producer. Ceren Gündoğdu is determined to open a romantic and authentic doorway to Turkish pop through her music and identity.
Having released her debut solo album Kapalı Gözlerle in 2020, consisting of 7 songs all written by herself, the artist rose across radios and digital platforms last year with her songs “Kapı” and “Beni Affet”, reaching a wide audience. Through the re-interpretations on her YouTube channel, she secured a firm place in the hearts of many listeners fond of different musical genres.
She shared her second studio album, Işık Olur Gözlerin—which she prepared as a songwriter, composer, co-producer, and producer—with listeners in February 2025.
Expressing at every opportunity that she crafts her music to offer the pleasure of empathy and to tell the stories of wounded hearts, Ceren also attracts attention with her leading roles in cult Broadway musicals staged in our country, such as Fiddler on the Roof and Urinetown.
