About the Event
ÇALIKUŞU – Kanatları Kalbinde Theatre Play
A place where everyone says "she cannot go"…
And a woman who never gives up on going.
This is the story of a soul who leaves behind a pre-written destiny and Istanbul to walk into the unknown. A woman who rebuilds her own voice in the midst of loneliness, in cold classrooms, among silent gazes…
This play tells of enduring rather than fleeing, of standing up rather than remaining silent.
Built with the body and voice of a single actor, this powerful narrative brings to the stage a woman's silent battle with her inner fear, courage, and hope.
A striking solo performance awaits you, leaving romantic expectations behind and confronting the audience with today's questions through its modern direction.
This is not just a teacher's story.
This is the journey of a soul learning to stand up for her own life.
Are you ready to witness the story of those who carry wings in their hearts?
